Signature Sound manages

  • Artist selection, booking, written briefs and cover arrangements.

A manageable place to begin

Try a four-week
hotel music pilot.

Four consecutive Fridays, four artists and one agreed fixed price for your arrival or bar space. We start with a property walkthrough, agree the tone and timings, and gather feedback from your team and guests.

You receive a written review and a proposal for what comes next. Continue with a regular programme, or finish the pilot there.

Before we speak

Questions from
hotel teams.

Do you supply artists or manage the programme?

We manage the agreed programme: planning, artist booking and briefing, cover arrangements, coordination and reviews. You have a named account manager to work with your hotel team.

Can we start with one space or one night?

Yes. Arrival provides a weekly session, and the four-week pilot gives you a way to try music in an arrival or bar space. You can discuss a wider programme once you have feedback.

How much does hotel music management cost?

Each proposal is priced around your spaces, number of sessions, artist formats and production needs. Travel and accommodation outside the North West are quoted separately and agreed in advance.

What happens if an artist is unavailable?

Cover arrangements provide an equivalent replacement, briefed on the agreed repertoire, volume, dress and performance times.

Can you use our existing sound equipment?

We review your in-house equipment, sound limits and access during planning. Any additional equipment or on-site technical support is agreed as part of the brief.

Which areas do you cover?

We are Manchester based and work across the North West and the UK, with European programmes by arrangement. For new regions, we build a local roster, auditioned and briefed for the property.
